Blake Nosratian practices general business, real estate, and construction litigation. His practice currently focuses on defending builders, developers, and contractors in complex residential and commercial construction defect cases. He prioritizes advocating zealously and effectively for his clients, with a focus on creative and cost-effective legal solutions that are specifically suited to his client’s needs. Prior to joining the Huguenin Kahn team, Blake clerked with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office and with a boutique transactional real estate firm. As a student at Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, Blake served as a student mentor and ambassador, and participated in the Disaster Relief Clinic where he assisted victims of California wildfires in securing housing and benefits. In his spare time, Blake is an avid skier and enjoys long walks on the beach with his mini Australian Shepherd, Romeo.
