Joshua H. Willert

Joshua Willert's practice currently focuses on residential and commercial construction defect, premises liability, product liability, work-place catastrophic injury matters and landlord tenant disputes. Throughout his career, he has also defended professional liability claims made against attorneys, medical professionals, design professionals, and accountants and has successfully defended commercial trucking companies against catastrophic personal injury claims.  Joshua’s clients have included public entities, legal and medical professionals, business owners, property owners (residential and commercial), engineers, developers, general contractors and subcontractors.
